10 Sep - 24 Oct 2026 Olney Gleason is pleased to present a solo exhibition of new pastels on paper by London-based artist Sara Anstis (b. 1991), on view at 509 West 27th Street, New York, from September 10 through October 24, 2026. For Pastels, Anstis expands an allegorical universe informed by the visual languages of mythology, folklore, and art history. Realized at a small scale, the nearly thirty works on view encourage close looking while contrasting with the expanse of the gallery architecture. Anstis works in soft, delicate pastels, retaining an intimate sense of touch that charges her scenes with introspective intensity. Read more -
Pablo Bronstein: Clocks
10 Sep - 17 Oct 2026 Olney Gleason is pleased to present an exhibition of new works on paper by London-based artist Pablo Bronstein (b. 1977, Buenos Aires), on view at our 297 Tenth Avenue gallery from September 10 through October 17, 2026. Clocks features a suite of imagined antique mantel clocks complete with allegorical elements, deepening Bronstein’s longstanding fascination with the history of aesthetics and bourgeois material culture. The exhibition anticipates Bronstein’s upcoming solo exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, in Spring 2027 and marks his return to New York, where he staged a solo exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in 2009. Lee Krasner
19 Oct - 18 Dec 2026 Olney Gleason, Gagosian, and the Pollock-Krasner Foundation are pleased to announce an exhibition of Lee Krasner's paintings and works on paper from the 1960s at Gagosian's rue de Ponthieu gallery in Paris. This collaborative presentation is the first solo exhibition of the artist's work in France and continues the renewed international attention brought by the 2019-21 touring European retrospective Lee Krasner: Living Color. The Paris exhibition, opening on October 19, 2026, spans a pivotal decade in Krasner's artistic development, characterized by vibrant gestural abstractions. It coincides with the first major dual survey of Lee Krasner's and Jackson Pollock's work, Krasner and Pollock: Past Continuous, on view at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, from October 4, 2026, to January 31, 2027. Bosco Sodi: Verdigris
29 Oct - 19 Dec 2026 Olney Gleason is pleased to announce a solo exhibition of new paintings by Bosco Sodi (b. 1970, Mexico City). On view will be a suite of oxidized copper paintings made over the last year in the artist’s Brooklyn studio and a new group of glazed volcanic rock sculptures. The paintings are characterized by the vibrant verdigris patina that forms on each surface as the copper reacts to the atmospheric elements, deepening Sodi’s longstanding exploration of the dialectic of beauty and transformation. The exhibition will open at 509 West 27th Street, New York, in October 2026, concurrent with Sodi’s participation in the 16th Gwangju Biennale in South Korea. Read more
