Lee Krasner: Works from the 1960s

October 19 - December 18, 2026 Olney Gleason, Gagosian, and the Pollock-Krasner Foundation are pleased to present Lee Krasner: Works from the 1960s, an exhibition of paintings and works on paper at Gagosian’s rue de Ponthieu gallery in Paris. Opening on October 19, on the eve of Art Basel Paris, the exhibition marks the first solo presentation of Krasner’s work in France. It brings to Paris a focused examination of a transformative decade in the career of one of the most important American painters of the twentieth century. The exhibition follows the landmark European retrospective Lee Krasner: Living Colour (2019–21) and coincides with Krasner and Pollock: Past Continuous at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York (October 4, 2026–January 31, 2027), the first major exhibition to examine Krasner and Jackson Pollock together in depth. The simultaneous presentations in Paris and New York underscore the renewed international consideration of Krasner’s work and her singular contribution to the history of postwar art. Read more

Tina Barney: Fashion

October 24 - November 14, 2026 Tina Barney: Fashion brings together nearly four decades of Barney’s major editorial commissions and campaigns for global fashion brands, between the late 1980s and the present—works that continue to expand the range of the artist’s photography practice. The exhibition is presented concurrently with the publication of the comprehensive monograph of the same title (Aperture, 2026). Read more

Bosco Sodi: Verdigris

October 29 - December 19, 2026 Bosco Sodi: Verdigris features a suite of oxidized copper paintings made over the last year in the artist’s Brooklyn studio and a new group of glazed volcanic rock sculptures. The paintings are characterized by the vibrant verdigris patina that forms on each surface as the copper reacts to the atmospheric elements, deepening Sodi’s longstanding exploration of the dialectic of beauty and transformation. The exhibition will open at 509 West 27th Street, New York, in October 2026, concurrent with Sodi’s participation in the 16th Gwangju Biennale in South Korea. Read more
